Get started with Mage in minutes. This guide walks you through creating your first project, uploading documents, and navigating the AI-powered diligence platform.
Create Your First Project
After signing in, you'll land on your dashboard. Click the "Create Project" button in the sidebar to start a new M&A diligence matter.
Navigation
Tip: Name your project clearly (e.g., "Acme Corp Acquisition") and select the appropriate deal type for optimized clause extraction.
Upload Your Documents
Drag and drop your due diligence documents or click to browse. Mage supports PDF, Word, and ZIP files containing multiple documents.
